Fadreo has a 100,000-level dust-free production environment, equipped with air purification or air disinfection facilities, covering an area of 4,500 square meters, with multiple production workshops, emulsification room, semi-finished product storage room, filling room, packaging material cleaning storage room, changing room, buffer district and so on. And multiple laboratories: microbiology laboratory, physical and chemical laboratory, packaging material testing laboratory and microbial challenge laboratory.
Fadreo has modern and complete production equipment. 5 large-scale automatic emulsification mixers, 2 fully automatic multi-port glue filling machines, dozens of single-port glue filling machines, dozens of three-roll grinding machines, RO reverse osmosis pure water machines, and fully automatic lipstick production lines, fully automatic Mask production line, automatic ampoule production line, etc. We have always believed that the latest and most complete equipment is an important reason for producing the highest quality cosmetics, and we have not hesitated to invest in the development of new equipment.
Fadreo uses raw materials from Europe, America and Japan, although expensive, but also the best. We have the same consensus as world-renowned cosmetic brands: good raw materials determine the upper limit of products. We require that they are not tested on animals, vegan and sustainably practiced.
